We accept online payments in a secure environment powered by Stripe. You can pay with a credit or debit card.
We will process the payment in EUR. The exchange rate will be determined by your bank provider at the time of the transaction. Please note that exchange rates vary but there are a number of online conversion tools available.


Upon payment confirmation and verification of delivery/billing address, we will be able to confirm your order. At this point there will be a binding legal contract between us.

Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days, if the product is in stock. If it is made to order, please allow a 2 weeks lead time (plus shipping time). Please be aware that we keep our stock to a minimum as we prioritise small batch production to ensure the lifespan and quality of our bags.

Once your item has been shipped, we will also send you a confirmation email to notify you that your product is on its way and send you the shipping code for you to track the order.

If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order or process your payment, you will be notified as soon as possible.

We provide free worldwide shipping, through the following methods:

  • NATIONAL ORDERS: National orders within Indonesia will ship through EMS Indonesian post ( Orders within Bali take between 1 and 4 working days, and outside Bali, in Indonesia, between 2 and 5 working days.
  • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International orders will ship through EMS or DHL. Orders will take approximately 1 week.

We will make every effort to deliver promptly, but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery by third parties engaged to deliver your orders to you. Please also note that orders received on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Similarly, orders received on a Bank Holiday will be processed and dispatched the next working day.


For shipping outside Indonesia, please note that your order will be shipped exclusive of import duties and customs charges. In some countries you may also be requested to pay additional import duties and local sales taxes at the time your order is delivered to you.


  • What if I change my mind and wish to be refunded?

We will refund you if you make your request within 1 week of receiving the item. Please note that we do not refund the return shipping (see return policy below). The refund will be made once the item is returned to us.

To be eligible for a refund, all returned items should be returned unworn and in the same condition they were sent to you.

  • What if I wish to exchange the item ?

Should you wish to exchange your item for another one, you should contact us within 1 week of receiving it. The new item should have, at least, the same value and will only be shipped once the original item is received.

All shipping costs for exchanges (return of the original item purchased, and new item shipped) will be paid for by the customer.

  • What if my Item is flawed?

If you have received a flawed item, please message us with an image of the item so that we can resolve the matter. You can check RETURNS to find out how to return an item.

Please note that we use vegetable tanned leather or minimally processed chrome leather, both of which retain the natural characteristics of the original hide. Every hide is unique and has tonal variations. Small marks or scars are natural features and should not be considered faults.

Please also note that all products are handmade, and each piece is unique, meaning that should you need a replacement (in case any problem of defect arise), exchange for the same exact item is not possible. Defects and problems do not include incidents such as washing your bag, negligent damages, dog bites, and the like.

  • Do I Have to Pay for Shipping My Return?

Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us we will not be able to complete the refund or exchange. We therefore strongly recommend sending via a trackable shipping service.
